Cancellation 1 month before arrival: full refund
Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

- Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 4 pm via the key box.
Check-out by 10 am at the latest.
- Costs & Deposit
The rental price is €270 per night. A deposit of €200 is payable in advance and will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Cancellations are accepted up to one month in advance.
- Pets
A maximum of two dogs are welcome. We kindly ask that you do not allow pets into the bedrooms. There is a surcharge of €50 per dog per stay.
- Usage & costs
Electricity is charged per night: €25 (October–March) and €15 (April–September). A cleaning fee (€90) is required.
